"In my opinion, Terror is one of the best and hardest working, of the newer generation of "REAL" Hardcore bands. I was very impressed when I first saw them play... they haven't let me down since! They are making their mark as we speak, and they'll go down in the HC history books, no doubt."
- Freddy Cricien (MADBALL)

"I first met Scott at an Agnostic Front show at the Scrapyard in Buffalo NY, on that night our dysfunctional friendship was sealed in the trenches. Terror are a throwback to the days when our thing wasn't safe, the last of a dying breed, vicious, unrelenting... hardcore."
- Craig Ahead (SICK OF IT ALL)

"Hardcore is a term thrown around in the music scene loosely these days, and unfortunately enough some will never know the true spirit of what it really is. Well, not to worry! Terror is the epitome of a true hardcore band in every sense, carrying on the tradition from old to new. I'm flattered to say I got to be a part of it. Hardcore lives!"
- Frank 3 Gun (HATEBREED)

"I remember when scott told me he was going to start a band that was dedicated to playing fast hardcore, I was stoked. That band turned out to be Terror. Scott is a madman, and even sober he can always be counted on for maximum intensity and entertainment. Who else would have said, "Can I get more stagedives in the monitors?" Fucking genius.
- Dan Yemin (LIFETIME)

"I was lucky enough to grow up in the 80s, a terrible era for pop music, but one which spawned the things I love: hip-hop, metal, and hardcore. Bands like Agnostic Front, Youth Of Today, Bold, Sick Of It All, Killing Time, Breakdown, Chain Of Strength, Gorilla Biscuits, and Judge all put out records that changed my life. As the 90s began, I formed Jedi Mind Tricks, and I was just concerned with our success. If a good metal or hardcore record came out, a friend would break bread and tell me about it, but nothing moved me the way the old shit did. That all changed one day when I was getting tattooed and i heard a band named TERROR. It felt like the 80s again and these guys had restored my faith in the music. I bought all of their records, and even started to check out some other new bands too. I owe that to TERROR. When I found out that they were hip-hop heads, I extended the olive branch which led to a close friendship with Scott and Nick. We've made music together and have plans to tour one day as well. But I sit here and write this not as a friend, but as a fan. A fan of TERROR. The best fucking hardcore band of the last 20 years."
- Vinnie Paz (JEDI MIND TRICKS)

"I can still remember that drive to LA, the first time Terror members met eachother. I had been in Arizona for about 8 months saving money to get to California. The scene there was small and cool, but I knew I couldn't start a band there. After watching HC turn into a fashion show and hair cut contest, seeing my friends bands play and feeling the energy, Madball broke up, and geting a cassette from Larry Envy with the No Warning EP and the Carry On LP, I knew it was time. When I knocked on Nick's door I was thinking "please let this drummer be able to play a good fast beat." It took about 10 seconds and I knew we could connect musically. Later that night Todd and Nick took me to a strip club and we talked life and it was on. When Terror started we had no plan. No "let's do this and this to take over the world." We just played anywhere at any time with any band to any people. And most importantly we played music we loved and felt, not what was cool or in. Death threat, Blood For Blood and Throwdown all took us on tour early. Next we were in Europe on a Biohazard tour without an album out. And it all just kept going. Soon the line up changes started. It's crazy being on tour for 10 months a year, it's a war to stay mentally strong. Somehow me, Nick and Doug have stuck through it all. At times I don't know how. The dark years set in around 04 or something with so many crazy fights and madness at our shows. We stayed positive and pushed through that, and I guess at this point we've been around the world three or four times. Went through 4 or 5 vans. 14 Hour plane rides have come routine. Nick's gotten about 50 speeding tickets, we had Freddy Madball and Vinnie Paz scream on our records. And I don't even want to think about the number of bottles of vodka we have consumed or the amount of times i've heard ever dip set song, and not by choice. We've met amazing people and have seen amazing places. Exploring new corners of the world is half of what keeps me going. I've done alot of dumb things and fucked up alot with this band, but I wouldn't trade these times in for anything. So many labels, zines, promoters, bands, camera men and women, and the kids that sing along and give us their energy every night are more important and a part of this then they'll ever know. Without them this would have ended a long time ago. Does anyone remember that list Todd made on the internet back when the demo came out? A list of qualifications for anyone that wanted to be our second guitarist. Number 10 was if you don't like Death Threat don't even bother. That shit was great."
- Scott Vogel (TERROR)
